Planning and preparing for lesson

I asked my teacher how she plan for the lesson : 

she said every Monday she and the other teacher stay after school and plan as group , she always change  the lesson plan because of the children levels , the Important thing when you plan a lesson to see possibilities and levels of the children . Also she give me the weekly planning sheet . 

planning and preparing is important because you have to know what you will do and give in the lesson .
Before you beginning the lesson you should know what you will teach the children and how you will make them remember it .
I observe how to teach the children in different levels .
I feel happy because i can see how the teacher deal with them .
I learned how i can control the lesson .
